Whether you are just starting out or are looking to maintain a level of fitness, small group fitness sessions and personal training options are programmed and customised to suit just about anyone. The outdoor classes are casual, no memberships required, drop in to any scheduled session…. A FIT LIFE by Tonya is located in the beautiful Airlie Beach, Whitsundays, QLD.

Providing a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment - you can focus on your fitness goals, work at your own pace, be encouraged along the way and meet some like minded fitness friends! Tonya provides technique tips and cues to ensure you are working to the best of your ability, whilst keeping you working safely.

Keeping in mind that having your children with you is very important, your kids are more than welcome to come along, join in, or just have some fun in the outdoors while you get your daily exercise in.

Still have a baby in a pram? Park up right next to where you’ll be exercising, and you can attend to your baby as needed. Fresh air and exercise are the perfect way to walk away feeling re-energised and like you’ve accomplished something great, while creating a better mood for the day.

Boxing for Fitness sessions

Mon - 5.30pm & Wed - 4.30pm

Grab a friend or meet some one new, by combining boxing techniques with body weight and cardio exercises, this session will help you improve your overall strength and fitness in a fun outdoor environment

Circuit & SWEATbox

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:00am – 10:00am

With a bunch of fun like minded people, circuit incorporates cardio and high intensity intervals with body weight exercises to help you build leaner muscles and assist with weight loss. This session will get your heart rate up while improving your overall body strength in the fresh air of the outdoors

Outdoor Session

$15 - Per casual class visit

Small Group Training

Join an existing session - see schedule

Grab your friends or join an existing session. Using a mix of  free weights, plyometrics, high-intensity interval exercises and body-weight training, you can achieve greater strength, improve overall fitness,  gain lean muscle and better mobility.…and walk away feeling great.

Welcome to your own personal session. With your goals in mind, workouts are created to suit you, taking into consideration any modifications required, keeping you accountable and encouraging you to achieve the level of fitness you are looking for.

What are the sessions like?

  • Boxing for Fitness Improve your cardiovascular fitness while learning a new skill, sessions are based around 3 minute intervals where you and your partner work through various drills mixed with changing body weight exercises. These sessions are non contact and you will not need to have a partner - we can pair you with some one at the time. Never boxed before? That's OK! All instruction and guidance is given. (Gloves and hygienic liners are provided)

  • Circuit style - 45-60 minutes. Get strong and toned with a resistance training session. Create lean muscle tissue and shape while improving your functional movements. This session is ever evolving and changing and is based mostly around body weight exercises, running and interval training. Some sessions may include battle-rope, slam balls, skipping and challenges

  • SWEATbox - 45 - 60 minute sweat session, including high intensity body-weight exercises and boxing, this session will get your heart rate pumping, but will be over before you know it.

 **Boxing for Fitness classes provide gloves and pads as well as hygienic inner gloves and music

**Have your own boxing gear? Feel free to bring it along

**Please be sure to bring a water bottle and a beach towel.

** Wet weather - all sessions will run as per schedule under cover when necessary
